With an academic background in Applied Psychology from Univertisity of London coupled with professional qualifications from the British Psychological Society in Occupational Assessment and from the UK Chartered institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) in HR Management, Manal has been tasked to evaluate and make recommendations for the recruitment and development of Chief Executives, as well as Managers and Senior Personnel. This has been in both the Private Sector, as well as the Public Sector, most recently, assisting the Government of Dubai to evaluate their HR resources while redesigning the Education sector.
She has also been involved in the design, development, monitoring, and implementation of HR strategies, in line with corporate strategies in several organizations, including Amiri Flight in Abu Dhabi, and the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage. |
