Ammar has had 20 years of experience in HR in the United Arab Emirates, both in the corporate world, working as a head of HR
in a major Oil & Gas company, as well as local and Federal Government, advising CEO’s and Ministers on the development
of their HR strategies and plans.
With an academic background in Economics from the University of Kent, and a postgraduate degree in Law from the University of London, Ammar brings a
more rounded and generalist approach to HR issues. He has been involved in the development of academic programmes,
having chaired the Programme Advisory.
